The Reservoir is a metaphor

The reservoir is located near where I grew up

It is not an actual reservoir

I spent many hours there- Under the road- under the tracks- on the hill- watching the stars-

hearing the trains coming- bracing as they passed overhead

Feeling the cars pass above through the concrete was equal parts ominous and relaxing

The house was an alleged witch house SAID TO BE haunted- or inhabited- that you would

sometimes pass by going or coming from the reservoir- It was at times- very uneasy to walk by

I channeled this place and these memories

Somewhere dangerous and optimistic
